We do not have our own Ph.D. degree program, but we offer several kinds of
support for graduate students at the doctoral level.

Here is a list of Ph.D. programs at Columbia that may allow a research focus in Russian, East European or Eurasian studies, followed by links to each program or department's home page and their page on the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences site. While these are the most common home departments for our Graduate Students, this may not be an exhaustive list.
